"A great app which makes consulting Doctors so convenient and feasible during this pandemic situation. Bookings are so easy and could consult Doctors within 15 minutes. Only drawback i found here is that i couldn't get the prescription from the app after the consultation. They send whatsapp text to login to the app to get the Doctor's prescription. But i never find such a downloading option. If you could please fix this issue then it would become more user friendly."

"Booking is a pain. Two times money deducted from My bank but booking failed. The money they haven't refund yet . I tried calling customer care, none reply. Emailed to their customers care , none reply. Worst app to choose from .."
